Data Sync

First Sync

If integration is successful you will receive the following screen

In the above screenshot we are syncing a CLIO account for the first time.

Please allow additional time, up to an hour, on the first data sync to properly import all necessary data.  The status bar will give you a percentage of completion as the data imports.

Manual Refresh

To manually refresh the sync data navigate to the gear icon, select “Integration” from the Firm Settings  menu on the left side of the screen, then hit the refresh arrows icon under the “Sync” column
